All jobs are charged on a hourly rate , or a fixed quotation for the work . In the event that your UPVC door lock is beyond repair and in the event that i have to order a replacement  you will not be charged a return call fee unlike the majority of companies .
UPVC door locks and mechanisms vary enormously in price and we would be unable to list every price for all the available mechanisms  on here , however if you telephone me i will be able to give you an indication of prices .

If your are a commercial client , school or business etc and you make CJ Locksmiths your primary service provider for locks and maintenance of locks then you will be eligable for a discounted rate and preferential service for emergencys . You will need to arrange this service prior to the first call out or after the first call out , their is no charge or obligation for setting up this service , Tel the shop for more details .

As a time served carpenter and joiner with city and guilds , fully qualified as a locksmith and with over 35 years experience working on doors and locks it is important that you understand how  locksmith companies  charge , which is on an hourly rate .
Although some locksmiths and locksmith companies may initially quote you a slightly lower hourly rate it is important to remember that the less competent the locksmith the more you will pay.
